Will UNION set up my decor?
If you book a UNION Planning package, yes. UNION’s Planning team will handle your personal items and manage all your vendor expectations.
While our planning service is an additional fee, it is 110% worth it. Our planners bring your event vision to life and ensure your event day is absolutely perfect.
They will be at the venue with you (and even after you and your guests leave) the entire evening, and handle everything from your setup and flip, to vendor logistics, to setting up your decor, to getting you down the aisle — even if your ceremony is offsite.
If you do not book UNION Planning, you and your vendors will handle the entire setup and remove anything that is brought into the venue.
How does the flow of all three levels work at UNION for weddings?
Your rental of UNION includes two floors of open-concept event space, plus our fully-furnished Speakeasy.
We highly recommend having your ceremony on the main floor, and then bringing everyone upstairs for the reception. This way, your reception setup remains a surprise for your guests until it’s time for the big reveal!
Depending on your guest count, a cocktail hour can be on either the main floor or down in the Speakeasy.
Your Client Concierge or UNION Planner will guide you through how best to utilize our space in line with your specific event vision.
Do I need to hire my own bartenders?
No, you do not need to hire your own bartenders. UNION has a team of highly-trained bartenders who serve up what you bring in! From creating signature cocktails, to tableside wine service, our team takes care of everything.
What planning services do you offer?
UNION offers a range of planning packages, from month-of coordination to full-service planning. You can learn more about our planning packages, and even schedule a meet-and-greet with our planners to ask questions before committing.
Am I required to use a specific list of caterers?
UNION has an open vendor policy so that you can have the customized event of your dreams. We highly recommend looking through our extensive list of catering partners, as each of these vendors knows UNION well, and sets the bar for the level of service you should expect to receive.
BONUS QUESTION: Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! We know your fur babies are an important part of your family, so we would never expect you to leave them out on your wedding day.
