Venue Access
Your UNION rental includes 24 hours of exclusive access to the venue. That means plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and wrap up at the end of the night.
The venue itself features three floors of event space — including a Speakeasy — industrial-chic architecture, exposed brick walls, and large windows that flood the room with natural light. Plus, you’ll have access to our client suite to get ready, and our rooftop to take photos.

With UNION, the basics are covered. Your rental includes:
Wooden tables (no linens needed!)
Modern black chairs
Cocktail tables
Furnished client suite

You’re also welcome to rent additional pieces or bring in specialty items if you’d like to customize the space further.

Staffing Included
Every rental at UNION includes a Client Concierge who is onsite during your wedding day. They’ll keep an eye on the building, handle venue-related needs, and serve as a point of contact for your vendors.
Cleanup is also handled by the UNION team, once your vendors remove all of their items from the space, leaving you and your guests free to simply enjoy the night.
Add-On Options
Want to make things even easier? UNION offers add-ons that can be bundled with your rental, such as:
Planning services ranging from month-of coordination to full-service planning and design
Beverage service – BYO style
Decor including arches, draping, greenery and more
An open air photo booth
