UNION was recently spotlighted on Kansas City photographer’s Natalie Nichole Photography’s blog.
Situated in the vibrant arts district of The Crossroads in Kansas City, the building that is now UNION boasts a rich history dating back to 1929. Originally established as a film processing center, UNION has transformed into a distinctive wedding and event venue.
The revitalization of the building began in 2018, and UNION hosted our inaugural wedding in 2019. Features include exposed brick walls, hardwood flooring, and the convenience of three levels of event space, and every event rental includes elegant wooden guests tables, cocktail tables, and metal bistro chairs.
Adding to the allure are market lights, a rooftop space for photos, and designated client ready rooms to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for both parties. UNION offers have the option to enhance the space further with various in-house decor pieces, including ceremony backdrops, greenery walls, and a photo booth.
UNION can accommodate up to 200 guests, with plenty of layout flexibility. Additionally, our flexible vendor policy and the option for BYO beverage services allow clients to tailor their experience to be exactly what they envision – rather than adhering to strict regulations.
UNION offers in-house planning services ranging from Day-of Coordination to Full-Service Planning and Design. While additional fees apply for this service, clients benefit from the expertise of a knowledgeable planning team who know the venue better than anyone.
